Practicing as a health coach and Biofeedback Technician it was evident that the recommendations for lifestyle changes, adjusting the diet, or suggestions for improving the function of the body were met with resistance. It seemed that most individuals experienced some degree of resistance to making changes in their life style or were limited in the changes they were able to make. Further, even if the problem was quite evident, and even a “reason” for the resistance was identified, such as low self esteem or addictions, they were still not able to overcome the resistance. Because this seems to be a significant issue for many people, it was the inspiration to dig deeper into the cause of this problem and ultimately into the cause of the dis-ease state itself.
The Australian Bush flowers have been well studied for their ability to rebalance, strengthen, and assist the body to a higher level of function. This change appears to occur due to the “vibrational” quality of each individual flower. A specific protocol is used to create the “essence”. The essences are gentle, and have been shown to be safe even when taken with any other substances such as medication, herbs, or nutrients.
Many practicing health care providers feel that the cause of any dis-ease state is related to some type of stress. This stress can be more chemically based, or often related to emotions. It has been found that balancing the stress can help reduce the health challenge, and allow a change in the state of health.
The client often will be aware of the stressor. The opportunity to relieve the stress, clear the emotion, and encouragement to move ahead, has been shown to change the life experience and allow improved health.
Including flower essences in the suggested health recovery recommendations has proven to be the most important factor in changing the status of a person’s health.
